Beginning of 1 Sept 2019, CP39 Submission and Payment of “PCB” must be made via Online.

The Inland Revenue Board had made an announcement to discontinued to accept manually submitted Form CP39 ,compact discs (CD/ DVD), flash drives and diskettes as well as cash and cheque payments for the monthly tax deduction (MTD) from employers.

This is an effort made by the government to promote the usage of online platform and payment among the tax payers.

“Employers may only use the e-PCB, e-Data PCB or e-CP39 methods provided through the ezHasil sub-menu on IRBM’s official portal www.hasil.gov.my for submission of the statement of MTD or employees MTD data for the month of August 2019 and for subsequent months, ” it said.

By using the e-PCB, e-Data PCB and e-CP39 method, employer can continue to pay MTD amount through FPX that will be available at the payment section after completing the fill up of employee details.

To be able to pay through FPX, user must already registered for internet banking facility as offered by several commercial bank as listed at the following links:
