*LLP Extra Services (will be quote based on ala-carte basis):

a. Annual declaration submission to SSM with Rm 300.00 per anunum

b. Updating to date LLP Registers (LLP Act 2012) and Statutory Record

c. Allocation of registered office address** with professional receptionist services at RM 70.00 monthly where we will invoice in advance for entire one year;

d. Professional e-consultation on limited liability partnerships/compliance/accounting/tax matters with RM 250.00 per hour;

e. LLP’s Compliance Officer’s reading on compliance needs

f. Engagement for accounts and tax computation (Income Tax Act 1967) where quotation will be given as per request. A dedicated Whatapps chatroom will be created for the function;

Provision of office address includes:

a. Free scanning letter upon request and notification through email

b. Professional reception services

c. Self-collection of mail and parcels between Monday – Friday: (8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.) (no handling fee) or to courier back to you;

d. Receiving of normal mails, air mails, parcels (below 3 kg) or registered mails. Daily handling fees and storage fee applied for item/ parcel above 3 kg;

e. Mail forwarding / Courier arrangement to a local / overseas address on daily / weekly / monthly basis is available (Courier fees from RM 15.00 is applied for each courier services);

f. Note that LLP / PLT Service such as change of partners, change of compliance officer and etc will be charged on ala carte basis;
